The hardest call wasn’t regulatory — it was architectural. The client handed me what a Part 11 audit trail had to capture; my job was turning that into a schema that could enforce it: what stays immutable, where role based permissioning lives, how a 150 table system stays queryable when every table needs its own audit shadow.
